If you thought dating sucked here’s possibly another reason to think that. The dating app Clover came up with a list of the 30 biggest places people go on a first date.
As a girl that’s gone on my fair share of first dates, I can say that this list is a tad bit sad. I’ve often thought that today’s modern man has pretty much given up on being chivalrous or original. Thankfully, I’m dating someone now that didn’t take me to one of these spots on our first date. He was a little more local and creative then the list below.
Clover gathered info from over 200,000 of it’s users to come up with this list of chain restaurants, fast food joints and other casual spots as the biggest first date choices.
Get the list below and click on the tweet to get the total breakdown.
1. Starbucks
2. Chipolte
3. Panera Bread
4. The Cheesecake Factory
5. Texas Roadhouse
6. Buffalo Wild Wings
7. Olive Garden
8. Chili’s
9. In-N-Out Burger
10. Applebee’s
11. Blue Bottle Coffee
12. Longhorn Steakhouse

All Of these spots are great, just not ideal for a first date spot, in my opinion. Guys get creative and maybe try looking up some local businesses that you can support at the same time.
And one more thing…it doesn’t have to be expensive!!
